The monsters gather outside of their castle, meeting to decide the fate of the nearby towns. We went with several classic horror monsters, Frankenstein, Vampire, Wolfman. Or I guess it should be Frankenstein's Monster, Nosferatu and... still just Wolfman. Classic horror designs.
Monsters - February 2021 Wallpaper
Old Computer
Getting a new computer is exciting. Brand new and not yet bogged down by everything you will slowly put back on it. But the old computer carries a lot on it. Random photos I saved. Video clips I downloaded. Half done things I've long forgotten about. While they're too immaterial to even call memories those traces blow away.
Now the room I'm likely to actually stick my computer once I decide my new one is actually working has bright sunshine and gaudy orange walls but that really impression I was looking for with this piece. Also my old computer doesn't have a vague chicken color aesthetic and a ghost in it. It's just black.
Elegance
Hieroglypics
I've aimed for this before, but I'm never really happy with it. Hieroglyphics are an interesting and very distinctive style. This isn't really accurate to that but it captures the spirit of being carved in stone at least.
Human Face
A classic monster archetype is a random animal with a human face. More general birds with faces like the Korean Inmyeonjo or Egyprian Ba-Bird are classics, but there isn't a chicken with a human face. The demon Braxis is often a human with the head of a rooster and snakes for legs is a decent opposite though.
Anyways I started drawing that in the new wallpaper but I don't like looking at it so no. Still, it's more or less what it is so I thought I should share it.
Rings - January 2021 Wallpaper
Various floating geometric rings form a fascinating environment of fowl forms. Various smaller chickens traverse the mysterious structures to show their unique existences.
Thank you to my Patreon supporters, without whom these regular wallpapers would not be made, and sorry this January release was delayed until now.
