I think my biggest issue is that I still use MS Paint with it instead of an art program that properly supports these fancy inputs.

I have a fancy drawing tablet that I use sporadically. I am, of course, specialized in drawing with a mouse. Every time I take it out I've forgotten how to use it and it's a whole new learning experience.
